Morning board
A ready-made morning screen: the clock and date, a welcome note, today's plan with check-offs, a helper of the day, a timer and a Quiet Garden that grows while the room is calm.
How to use it
- The board opens with six widgets. Click the note and type what students should do first.
- Open the gear on Today and put your own plan in, one item per line. Add your class list in the Class list panel to use the helper.
- Press F to fill the screen as students arrive. Check off each part of the day as you finish it.
Ideas for class
- Type the first task into the note before students arrive, so they know what to do without being told.
- Check off each item in Today as the day goes, so students can see what is left until lunch.
- Choose the helper of the day at morning meeting and leave the name on the board.
- Set the 5 minute timer for morning work, and press Start as the bell rings.
- Press Listen on the Quiet Garden during morning work: calm minutes grow the plant all day, and tomorrow a new seed is planted.
- Change the note each Monday to a question for the week and keep the rest of the board as it is.

Can I change the morning plan?
Yes. Open the gear on the Today widget and type your own items, one per line. The board remembers them in this browser, and a Share link carries them to anyone you send it to.
Does it reset each day?
The layout and the notes stay as you left them. The check-offs stay too, so untick them or edit the list at the start of the day. The clock and the date always show today.
Where does the helper's name come from?
From the Class list panel above the board, which stays in this browser. The link you share does not include it unless you choose to.
What is the plant in the corner?
The Quiet Garden, a noise meter. Press Listen and it grows from a seed to flowers while the room is calm: a sprout after one quiet minute, a flower at ten and another every ten minutes. A loud moment never takes anything away. The sound is measured in the browser and never recorded or sent.
Nothing you do here is sent to us. Names, lists and settings stay in this browser. No sign-in, no ads.
