Daily report slip v0.2.0

A daily report for each child, four to a page: meals or bottles, naps, diapers or the potty, mood, what we did and what to bring. Infant, toddler and preschool versions, all filled in by hand. Free, no sign-in.

Room

Nothing about a child is typed here: the slips print blank and are filled in by hand. The theme comes from this week's plan in the theme planner when there is one.

How to use it

  1. Pick infant, toddler or preschool.
  2. Type the room's name. The preschool slip names this week's theme and book from the planner.
  3. Print, cut on the dashed lines, and fill each slip in by hand through the day.

Ideas for class

  • Keep the slips on a clipboard by the changing table or the lunch table and tick as you go: twenty seconds a child.
  • The “ask me about” line gives families one question for the car ride home.
  • The preschool slip repeats the week's book, so families can read it again at home.

Questions

Why is there no medicine line?

A medication log is your program's own licensed form with its own rules. The slip says “Medication: see our log” so a parent knows where to look.

Is anything about a child saved?

No. The slips print blank. The device keeps only which slip you chose and the room's name.

Can I change the fields?

Not yet. The fields are the ones most rooms tick every day; write anything else on the note line.

Nothing you do here is sent to us. The slips print blank; only your choice of slip and the room's name stay in this browser. No sign-in, no ads.
