Sub tub labels and binder covers
Labels for the sub tub, the binder, a folder for each day and the trays: tick the ones you want, pick a size, and print on Letter or A4. Add your name and room under each if you like.
Ten to a page: on Letter they sit on standard 2 × 4 in label sheets; on plain paper, cut along the lines.
Print at 100% (not “fit to page”) so the labels come out at their true size. To get a PDF, choose Save as PDF in the print window.

Questions
What size are the sub tub labels?
Small labels are 4 × 2 in, ten to a Letter page on standard 2 × 4 in label sheets (on A4, 3.5 × 1.75 in to cut out). Tub fronts are 7 × 4.5 in, two to a page; spine strips are 1.4 in wide for a 1.5 in binder; covers fill the page.
Can I get them as a PDF?
Yes: press Print, or Save as PDF, and choose Save as PDF in the print window. Keep the scale at 100% so the labels match the label sheets.
What goes in a sub tub?
The plans and a backup day, seating charts, the class list for attendance, extra work for early finishers, and a folder for each day. Our emergency sub folder and binder maker fill it.
