How to use it

  1. Fill in what you can as the day goes; it saves on this phone.
  2. Tap a sentence to add it, then fill in the blanks.
  3. Print it and leave it on the desk, or Copy for email if the school asks for one.

Ideas for class

  • Write the time next to anything that happened; it's the first thing a teacher asks.
  • Name the students who helped. A teacher reads that line first, and so do the students.
  • Say what happened, not what a child is. Leave out words like “rude”, “lazy”, “bad”, “naughty”, “defiant”.

Questions

What should a sub write in the note?

What was finished and what wasn't, who helped, anything that happened (with the time and what you did), attendance or office messages, and how to reach you. The headings here are in that order.

Is what I type sent anywhere?

No. It is kept in this browser until you clear it, so it is there if your phone locks. It is never put in a link. Copy for email puts plain text on your own clipboard.

Does it write the note for me?

No. Nothing here uses AI. The sentences are a starting point you finish yourself, so the note says what really happened.
