Blank name line ·

To save a PDF, choose Print, then “Save as PDF” as the printer. Only the sheets print.

No names yet, so the name line is blank to write on. Add names to print one for each student.

How to use it

  1. Choose an award from the list of thirty (everyday, subjects, character and end of the year). The title and reason fill in and you can change both.
  2. Paste your class list, one name a line, to print a certificate for each student. Leave it empty to write the name by hand.
  3. Add your school or class, a date and who signs, then choose one of six borders and a color.
  4. Press Print. Landscape pages are set up for you. Choose “Save as PDF” in the print window to keep a copy.

Ideas for class

  • Student of the Week: keep your class list in the box and change only the date each Friday.
  • End-of-year awards: give every student a different award from the end-of-year and character sets so each one feels personal.
  • Reading challenge: print “Reading Champion” certificates when students reach a book goal.
  • Attendance and effort awards for parent-teacher night, printed on cream or light colored paper.
  • Student-to-student kudos: print a few blank-name certificates and let students award them to classmates, with your signature.

Questions

Is there a watermark or a logo?

No. There is a small line of credit at the very bottom edge that you can trim off, and nothing else.

Are student names kept anywhere?

Only in your browser on this computer, so the list is there next time. Names are never sent to us and never put in a share link. Clear your browser’s site data to remove them.

Can I use my own wording?

Yes. Pick the nearest award, then change the title and the reason to anything you like.

What paper does it print on?

US Letter or A4, landscape. Choose the paper below the controls. Most home printers leave a quarter-inch margin, and the borders sit inside it.

Can I add a school logo?

Not yet. Print the certificate, or save it as a PNG, and add a sticker or stamp. The school line across the top can hold your school’s name.

Nothing you do here is sent to us. Names, lists and settings stay in this browser. No sign-in, no ads.
