About this set
The 100th day of school is a milestone for kindergarten through second grade, usually in late January or February, and the class spends it counting, grouping and celebrating. This set puts the math of the day on the card: counting by tens, fives and twos, tally marks, place value (ones, tens), the hundreds chart, ten frames and cubes, coin collections (pennies, dimes, nickels) and the number facts that make 100 (50 + 50, 90 + 10, 10 × 10). It also includes the party words (crown, celebrate, 100 days smarter) so the game feels like part of the day. Students listen for the item, work it out if it is a sum, and cover the answer on their card.
Grades: Pre-K to 3rd grade. Best in: January, February.

How to play, and five ideas
Sum bingo: call “50 + 50” and have students cover the 100 on their card. Use 90 + 10, 10 × 10 and half of 200 the same way.
Count together: before each call, count by tens, fives or twos to 100 as a class, then call the item.
Collection check: students bring a collection of 100 small items. When “collection” comes up, they show how they grouped theirs.
Crown it: the winner wears the 100th day paper crown and calls the next game.
Differentiate: for pre-K, use 3 × 3 cards with only 100, tens, ones, count, tally marks, dimes, pennies, cubes and party.
It depends on the school calendar, but it usually falls between mid-January and mid-February, counting only days students attend.
Does it include math problems?
Yes. Items such as 50 + 50, 99 + 1, 90 + 10 and 10 × 10 are sums that equal 100. Call the sum and students find 100. Delete them if your students are not ready.
Can I change the words?
Yes. The 34 words are in the box above the cards. Delete, add or edit any line and the cards are rebuilt at once. Nothing is saved on our servers.
How do I call the game?
Press “Call the game”. Each press of the space bar tumbles the ball cage and pops out the next item in very large type, with the list of items already called beside it. Press C and type a card number to check a winner, P to change the win pattern, V to have each call read aloud, and F to fill the projector.
How do I save the cards as a PDF?
Press Print and choose “Save as PDF” as the printer. Each page can also be saved as a PNG picture from under its preview.
