Our room

This week: music and instruments

A music week for twos to fours: loud and soft, fast and slow, homemade shakers and a room band.

Our letter is M: M is for music.

Our song is “Old King Cole”. The words are below, so you can sing it at home.

Our books: Tim Taps, Ring the Bell, Pit, Pat, Rain on the Hat. The ones marked free can be read at peabody.kids, no sign-in.

Old King Cole

Old King Cole was a merry old soul, And a merry old soul was he; He called for his pipe, and he called for his bowl, And he called for his fiddlers three.

Traditional; public domain.

Ask your child about…
